FAQFrequently Asked Questions
Can I put rush orders on PCBs?
Absolutely. We offer 24/7 emergency design services. Lead times are typically 2-3 days from start to finish. We can also ship overnight, via Fedex/UPS, to anywhere in the world using one of our 2500+ suppliers. Note that this service must be paid for in advance.
How else can lead time be reduced for my project?
We have several tips for ensuring your project runs efficiently and is more cost-effective.
- Have a complete Bill of Materials ready for us.
- Double check that your footprints match your parts.
- Verify your Gerber files.
- Panelize your board.
I hear that you can build me 100 boards at $10 per board. Is this true?
Yes, but only if your BOM has less than 10 parts. And we ask that you pay us in advance for this low cost option. As a plus, we send you the 100 boards with free shipping. If a parts supplier is quoting a higher price than what we've told you, we will work it out with the supplier to get you the correct pricing for each component.
What are your basic fees?
We beat any quote, anywhere in the world, by 10 cents per board. Just send us an email and we'll get started on a quote right away.
What is your average lead time?
We have a 2-3 day lead time for most projects.
What if I only want two boards?
No problem! We would love to help and can build those up quickly for you.
What are your stencil fees?
This depends on your stencil size. Most stencils cost about $185 versus $300 from other manufacturers. We provide stencils at cost, with no markup fees. We'll even provide you the receipt!
Why are you called 2333?
The number 23 is my oldest son's football number and 33 is my youngest son's number. The team work of 2333 is just like a football team: huddle up, get a play, implement the plan, we win together!
